The igmp_join/leavegroup first parameter change from a netif to an ipaddr. This field could be a netif's ipaddr, or "any" (same meaning than ip_addr_isany).

Now netbuf API is independant of netconn, and can be used with other API (application based on raw API, or future "socket2" API). Ports maintainers just have to add src/api/netbuf.c in their makefile/projects.
